DELIVERY
What are your delivery charges?
We offer the following options:
• standard delivery (£2.95) with delivery time of 3-5 working days
• express delivery (£3.95) with delivery time of 1-2 working days
There may be delays due to COVID-19 so please bear with us but we will aim to deliver to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer international delivery?
Our delivery is only available to the UK at the moment. We aim to grow our business and offer international delivery in the future, so keep a lookout for updates.
ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
What products do you offer?
We currently have three products available:
• LA REINE Whipped Body Butter - this is our original formula and is perfect for those who prefer unscented skin products
• AL HELWA Whipped Body Butter - this is just as amazing as our original formula but with a slight scent of strawberry for our scent-lovers
• LE ROI Whipped Beard & Body Butter - this is for our male customers. It has the same amazing skin benefits but with a sandalwood scent.
Do you offer products for men?
Yes, we believe the skin of our male customers deserves love too so we have available the LE ROI Whipped Beard & Body Butter for men.
Are the products suitable for people with allergies?
Our products are made with all natural and unprocessed ingredients, please refer to the ingredients list for a full list of ingredients that you may be allergic to. If you experience any reactions please discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Will you be releasing additional products?
Our aim is always to meet our customers needs so keep a lookout for future announcements of new releases. We would love to get your input as to what new products you want us to produce. Your opinion matters.
How long will the product last?
We provide you with approximately 200 G/7.05 OZ of product in each container. How long it lasts you depends on how often you use it and how much product you use.
What is the expiry date of your products?
All our Butters are freshly handmade when you place your order. Because our products do not include any preservatives, they have a shelf life of up to 1 year.
